Our Operator
For nearly 30 years, David Neely has been proud to serve the St. Petersburg community as the Owner/Operator of Chick-fil-A Fourth Street North. A third-generation St. Petersburg native, David began his Chick-fil-A journey at just 25 years old, becoming one of the youngest individuals selected as a franchise Owner/Operator.
With a vision to bring the freestanding Chick-fil-A concept to St. Petersburg, David opened the Fourth Street North restaurant in March 1999—making it the first freestanding Chick-fil-A in both Pinellas County and the city of St. Petersburg.
As CEO, David provides vision, clarity, and focus for the restaurant, but his greatest passion is people. He is deeply committed to mentoring leaders, developing Team Members, and helping individuals reach their personal and professional goals. David also believes in giving back and is passionate about using his resources to serve the St. Petersburg community and make it a great place to live and work.
Outside of the restaurant, David enjoys reading, classic movies, golf, running, and travel. His favorite moments are spent with his wife, Michelle, their three adult children and grandchildren, and Bates Neely—the world’s best Labrador.
